A deeply harmonising, tailored sound healing designed to shift energy and leave you feeling clearer, lighter and beautifully balanced.
The session starts with an energy attunement and a chakra and energy flow analysis which then guides the rest of the session.
Tuning forks and himalayan bowls are used, along with other instruments as intuited, which can include voice, chimes, drum
and drone harp.

Sonic Bliss Sound Bath
Enjoy a private, personalised Sound Bath inviting you to deeply relax, let go of any mind or body tension and connect back in with your heart.
You’ll be immersed in high vibrational healing
frequencies from crystal bowls, crystal lyre, chimes, handpan and other instruments, all helping to gently guide you back into alignment.
Tuning forks and himalayan bowls can also be used on and off the body for more targeted energy clearing.

Serenity Massage with Sound
A relaxing, nurturing full body relaxation massage (1hr) followed by a magical sound bath immersion (15mins) to restore calm to your body and soul.
Your senses will be nourished through gentle touch, aromatherapy essential oil and sound from high vibrational instruments as a complete holistic healing experience.
Duration: 75mins + pre/post consult (1.5hrs)
